What details are required to create an account on a website?

Do I need any verification while placing the first order?

Yes, once you create your account for the first time then that details we will review by calling you, and once it will be verified over call we will activate your user account and then you can place the order directly on the website.

Will I get the activation/confirmation notification or email?

Yes, Once we activate your account you will get a confirmation email on your registered email id.

How do I return an item?

To return an item, simply send it to the following address:

Please ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

What items are eligible for a refund?

You can request a refund for items that are:

  • Damaged (minimum 10% of the batch is damaged)
  • Incorrect (wrong item or size)
  • Not matching the description. Please note that all items must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for a refund.
How long do I have to request a refund?

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your goods. After this period, we may not be able to process your refund.

I received a damaged or incorrect item, what should I do?

If your order is damaged or contains incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours at info@k3supplies.ca, order@k3supplies.ca with clear evidence of the issue (such as photos). We will review your claim and either replace the items or issue a credit.

How will I receive my refund?

Once we approve your refund, we will process it to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.

No, we do not offer custom products. We sell only that we have available in fixed format and sizes.
