Refunds for Goods
Refunds can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

• The item is damaged (e.g., if at least 10% of the batch is damaged).
• The item does not match the product description.
• The wrong size or product was shipped.

To qualify for a refund, the product must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
